Circa 1858

Smokey Hollow Farm was originally homesteaded in 1858. The barn that houses our rustic gift shop was built in 1898. The farm became a producer of Christmas Trees in the early 1970's and has continued the tradition since then. The Gilbert family has operated the farm since 2004.

In 2026, while waiting for tree crops to mature, the family ventured into the annual flower market, something they had wanted to add to the farm for years.
